“Hey Caddy-O” depicts a 1950s mint green Cadillac Coupe de Ville. The mural, which is part of the StreetSpark program, was completed in early July, 2018 painted on the eastern side of the Jeff Pohlman Tire and Auto Service building at 736 High St.
