Amazed with what we saw today at the Art Walk. Along Marsh Street which connect the villages of Clarksburg & Thornbury were various artists showing their works. There were paintings, home & personal accessories, glassworks, just anything artist can think of. Meeting and talking to some of them was humbling.

One of the most unique artwork I have seen. A collage of the face of Jesus made from everyday things like buttons, stones, macaroni, Lego. A former pastor creates these beautiful collages & unique paintings based on bible passages. He does not sell his works but can lend them for some events.

Had a lively conversation with this group about favorite romantic movies. All because of the painting behind me of 2 old trucks parked beside each other. The 2 men are the painters of different themes, both retired from the corporate world & pursuing their passion.
It was our ART appreciation day.
