There is a lot to do in Orangeville, yet we tend to bypass the place in our wanderings. This time we lingered a bit and found ourselves enjoying some art.
Orangeville has actually 50 and more of these tree sculptures. A project that started in 2002, where dead trees are given a second chance by artists. A few of what we saw around Broadway, their main street.
But these were not the only things that caught our attention. There were also the painted electrical boxes that made the streets more alive.
We were just getting the tip of the iceberg as Orangeville also has shops and restaurants aside from these artful works. We even had coffee and sweets at Mochaberry. There is something for everyone at Orangeville, if we just give it a try.
