Recently spent a few relaxing days at Dwight, Ontario. Wandering around Ontario’s cottage area in winter is always a pleasure. It reminds me so much of Terri Guillemet’s words “Welcome, winter. Your late dawns and chilled breath make me lazy, but I love you nonetheless“.
The lovely view of frozen Lake of Bay as we strolled along Lake of Bay Lane.
Sunset from the balcony of our cottage at Corbett Cove Resort.
Road sceneries while traversing Hiway 35 and 118 from Dwight to Haliburton .
Quick stop and stroll around Haliburton’s Head Lake Park. Winter is fun and alive here at Haliburton where snow mobilers gather at Head Lake.
Passing by the snow blanketed Algonquin Provincial Park.
“Thank goodness for snow, it is a reminder–no matter how old we became and how much we’d seen, things could still be new if we are willing to believe they still mattered.”
