Michigan is close to our heart, our “go-to” place whenever we need an escape destination from Canada.
We celebrated our 2019 post New Year celebration in Michigan and our hosts graciously drove us to downtown Detroit to show us how the place has changed.
Indeed downtown Detroit has changed. It was safe to walk the well lighted streets now.
They even have a busy skating rink right in the heart of downtown.
