We are taking a break from all the tidying and decided to drive to the village of Warkworth, Ontario (around 2 hours east of Toronto). Country driving in the midst of winter is mostly gray skies and snow covered open spaces. Along County Road 9 and 29, Northumberland County however were several barns worthy of stopovers.
One barn had horses that were just ready for a photo op.
