After a weekend spent with friends and on our way home we wandered a bit and stopped over at the Noeb Lavender Fields still at Niagara On The Lake. It was super hot day, I only stayed for a while at the boutique and checked out the lavender fields very quickly.
20 minutes from Niagara on the Lake is the village of Jordan. Jordan is known as one of the prime icewine producers in Canada. We did not come for the wine, we just wanted to see the main street of this cute little town. The village’s main street was actually a mini Niagara on the Lake very picturesque with galleries and specialty shops.
It was a pleasant stop over on a hot summer day refreshed by iced tea at De La Terre Cafe & Bakery.
This has been one long, long weekend.
