In the town of Point Prim on our way to the Point Prim Lighthouse was a village made of bottles. Created by a retired school bus driver who got the idea for his bottle village after visiting the original bottle houses in the province’s Evangeline region. It is a lovely place to drop by and a fun place for children.

The Christmas tree.

Village with some of the buildings – a church, a school, a general store, even a tea room.

Village ranch.

Inside the “buildings”.

What’s a PEI village without a lighthouse?

Entrance to the village is free – but donations are welcome. All donations go to the IWK Health Centre in Halifax. Click here for more of PEI’s bottle village.
