When I am on my lunch walk, I am always amazed of what I see minutes away from my work place.  These past 2 days my eyes just went admiring old buildings.

The Royal Conservatory of Music. A National Heritage Building with its original decorative red brick, Medina sandstone, and polished granite.

Flavelle House, built in 1902, once the private residence of Sir Joseph and Lady Flavelle. A University of Toronto – Faculty of Law building.

Bloor Street United Church built in Norman-Gothic style around 1886.

Victoria College (Old Vic, the oldest building of Victoria College) – University of Toronto building.

Quadrangle of Trinity College. Built in 1961.

Falconer Hall, U of T (84 Queen’s Park) built in 1901 as a private home for millionaire and philantropist Edward Rogers Wood.

I really believe “Old buildings have souls”.
