Hamilton, Ohio – a mix of old & new. Old historical buildings with colorful street art. The county is named after Alexander Hamilton whose life inspired the hit musical of the same name.

Alexander Hamilton mural painted on the building at 15 S. D St. in Armstead Park in Hamilton. The mural is a stylized image of Alexander Hamilton, based on John Trumbull’s iconic 1806 portrait. 

The Butler County Courthouse, built in 1885 to 1889.

The Hamilton Central YMCA building.

The Delicate Balance of Progress mural located at 212 Main Street in Hamilton. The mural shows various bird images, including origami birds, echoing the city’s proud paper-making past. 

The 2019 StreetSpark mural “Incrementum” is completed on the Max Stacy Flowers building on High Street in Hamilton. 

Even utility boxes were not spared.
