Went back to Georgetown not for the Main Street but to check out the Silver Creek Conservation Area. At first, we thought the attraction are the waterfalls.
But the two waterfalls were not that spectacular at all. The trails however were a totally different story. They were indeed worthy of trekking. There was a boardwalk that led to a pond, green tall trees all around, then some rugged paths that challenged us.
There was also some spots to rest and just enjoy the view.
Just when we thought we were done – after clocking 14K steps in our FitBit, we found our 3rd waterfall which was of course the most gorgeous in this Conservation Area.
Then a pretty wooden bridge over a stream. What could be more beautiful and rewarding?
